Kits ship to business addresses in the United States; pre-employment kits can also ship directly to a candidate's home. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. The prepaid laboratory return mailer is included with every kit.

Negative rapid results report instantly; nothing ships to a lab. A non-negative specimen is sealed on camera and sent in the prepaid mailer to a SAMHSA-certified laboratory for LC-MS/MS confirmation, typically within 24–48 hours of lab receipt. Store kits sealed, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Each collection device carries its expiration date on the packaging. Check dates when you receive your order, and contact support about replacing kits that expire before use.

Prescheduled tests can be cancelled from your dashboard before the scheduled session begins. For unopened, unexpired kits, contact a Swab Now specialist about returns. Terms are confirmed with your order documentation.
